The 2010 Duck Creek Insurance Forum was held May 3-6 at Wild Dunes, near Charleston, SC. The conference was an expansion of Duck Creek's historically successful User Flocking, with a Business track added featuring customer and industry experts. The themes of the conference were innovation, customer retention and profitability.
External speakers included Deb Smallwood and Karen Furtado of SMA -Strategy Meets Action, David Bradford from Advisen, and Nancy Watkins of Milliman. Each of these speakers focused their presentations on what insurers are doing to seize the opportunities as the market recovers and many position for profitable growth.
